Walk Every Day

A study found that taking just 7,000 steps a day reduces the risk of mortality by 50–70%. The human body evolved to be on the move in order to escape predators and find food, not watch TV for seven hours a day and rely on food delivery services. A sedentary body is a body inching closer to death.
Walking is the perfect exercise because it also helps clear your mind. Some of my best ideas came from walks while pondering problems in my life. You can reconnect with nature and your neighbors by walking every day.
